Today, we had the pleasure of enjoying the day in Washington Park for the 64th Annual Tulip Festival. Though the weather was beautiful, the tulips were lacking--the early heat wave in March and then crazy weather since then was not good for the flowers. So, the above picture is one from last year. Regardless of the state of the buds, it was a great day with friends, eating festival food, and enjoying this taste of summer weather!
